The monochrome and colourscheme was how it came out of the camera. That came bcasue the sun was behind it (of course), but I caught it through some branches and although they don't show up, they made shadowing that gave it a natural vignette.... I just helped it a bit :)

I just got this chosen as photo of the day on a photography site ( and they have some very nice shots on there) - so I was quite chuffed.

great shot louise. especially as its not been 'touched up' ... it should be one for joy!!.......incidently i always fancied susan shranks, the magpie presenter, as a young lad!!!:)....bet you really wanted to know that, did'nt you lol.:-doh
