Circumzenithal arc they are both the same cloud in different formation one is about 10 minutes later than the other. I wasn't really watching the time. If the vapor cloud had been bigger it would have formed a complete arc Like an up-side down rainbow but it arises from refraction of sunlight through horizontally-oriented ice crystals, generally in cirrus clouds, rather than from raindrops and is always the same side as the sun as opposed to the rainbow being the opposite the sun

Yes. I find them fascinating
I did look like a vapour trail. There were several. These usually occur in Cirrus clouds
There is another I took which is a complete ark some where in the forum and the colours are beautiful as there are less overlapping in these arcs unlike the rainbows
