It visited again
Well I couldn't believe it.
Last year on the 28th July a summer visitor a Chiffchaff arrived in my garden and stayed for about a week before moving on.
Well 29th July this year I'm in my hide and what do I see......the Chiffchaff I couldn't believe how close the dates were in my sightings. It may well have been here on the 28th but I was away that day.
I did managed to photograph it but the pics came out too bright. Didn't do much photographing in the garden last week but I did notice it again on Saturday but only for a few seconds. It visits with the house sparrows.

I had exactly the same Babs, see this thread, is there for about a week and then disappears. :)

Try going to Adjustments in CS2 and then down to Shadows/ highlights. When the slider goes to 50% on th shadows slide it back to zero and and move the high lights slider across this may take away the brightness and put back the detail

Oh isn't that weird rolf, yours was around the same time wasn't it, nice shot too.
Chocky I think this photo is beyond help, I got much better shots of it last year

I first heard it by the repetitive weep weep weep call, then saw it flitting around the tree to the annoyance of the Bluetits, they are a devil to photo. :)
