Oh, that is an awful shame! Without it, he'd be a lovely-looking bird. How is he managing to fly/feed?
We had a Dunnock with a similar growth last year, only it was round its eye, so there would have been nothing a vet could have done for it.:(
He was flitting around quite happily Catherine.
Wow, that's quite a growth. It's a real shame... pretty fast growing as well.
