Dragonfly Southern Hawker ?

These were taken in a friends back garden.
My first pics of a dragon fly.

Excellent macro photography here which gives you the feel of how large the dragonfly really is. When I expanded one of these images the thing nearly shot out of my monitor......WOW!

Apologies, I realise your 'real' name is Paul. A great name and the one of my brother......he is a popular saint......Ooooops, no not my brother, though I'm sure he is a good guy!
