These pics were taken out the windows of my workplace on 20th December last year. Two days of temperatures down to -10C but with no wind at all allowed thick hoarfrost to build up on everything in the area. It was incredibly beautiful in the sun.

Im incredibly lucky to live and work in such a beautiful area. The Scottish Borders really are the undiscovered country as far as Scotland is concerned - 99% of all the tourists go tearing through none stop on their way to Edinburgh or the Highlands, and miss some of the best bits. However it means this is a lovely quiet area and no-one bothers us in our little farm cottage :thumbsup:
And I never tire of looking out of the windows even when its pouring with rain - theres always something new to look at :)
