Nice capture there Rolf :)
Nice shots Rolf. Now those pictures are much more prettier than broken aerials
Yes, I guess so. :-rofl
What beautiful little things - the third shot looks like an angel :)
The third one is where I asked him to show me the underside of his wings, they can be very obliging.;) :)
Great photos, Rolf!
We had one visiting yesterday, but it had scarcely landed when the bullying Fieldfares chased it away....:014:
I just had one land in my tree - it was right at the back and went by the time I got upstairs to the camera, but the very pale underside and a flash of red must have made it one. I'll have to keep an eye out!
Was watching this one through the front window, he was less than a couple of metres away, unfortunately the window has cast a bit of a mist over the pictures, but illustrates the striking markings.:)
Can't you Photocopy that out though, Rolf?
It's a fab pic otherwise - and well worthy of your Gallery!
Great to see the Redwing eating berries too - makes the pic more relevant!:)
I've cleared as much as I probably can Catherine, it was a lot more wishy washy, they have almost completely stripped the tree over the past 36 hours, they are light enought to get to the ones the Blackbirds can't.:)
It's still a great photo, and the little 'foggy' bit it could be a leaf really..
Have you a better one in the Gallery?
If so, it must be a VERY fab one!:)
