Goldfinch

I went on a different nature walk today Almost in the caope and found some Gold finch they were so intent on collecting nesting materiel they didn't bother about me. I kept very still and close.
here is the male.

The female is more sort of diluted in colour I have a pair together and you can see the differencea and the females red area on the face is smaller.
