    I like this one because you get to see its feet fairly clearly. They are such an amazing colour they look like they are made from plastic.... of course it could be that they are and that it is the first Coot with bionic paddles The camera has made them glow rather, they were more of a nile green.

    Of course now I have a great image in my head of a bionic coot going 50 miles per hour down the canal leaving a trail off almost drowned ducks in it's enormous wake... " we have the technology, we can rebuild him..."

    Funnily enough it did walk off in the mud and did it surprisingly gracefully... but then I suppose that is exactly what they are like that for.

    Their feet are designed the sqash the mud and tread it so the it brings tastey morsals to the seface. They sort of like tap dance in the river bed. Lol
