In my garden, are they lacking some nutrients to make them blue?

I bought a white miniature Rose bush and 2 weeks later it was pink . I complained to the vendor in the flower shop and he said add bicarbonate of soda to the water to keep them white.
I don't know what you need to keep them blue but a florist should be able to help
It all has to do with the acidity in the soil especially with Hydrangeas too

I've got pink, Blue and White in my garden, and they are intermingled. I'd say it's a genetic change.
