This Hairy Dragonfly (Brachytron pratense)
The county's smallest hawker
Superficially resembling both the Common Hawker and the Migrant Hawker, close inspection will reveal a hairy thorax,
Wing span 72mm

I was fooled by it. I thought it was rather small for a hawker then this morning I zoomed in on it and realized it to be a Hairy Dragon fly. I videoed it too

I just like these dragonflies but they can be confusing.
That one had me fooled though
I was aware that it was a little on the small side. Hawkers and emperors are really large and you can't miss them. I nearly missed this one
