It does look like a Buzzard. I though of the Pale phase but the photo doesn't give much away

Looks like one, but the colour seems to go much farther down the neck than anything I've seen... not to say that it's not a variant, just not seen a picture of it. Mind you, I can't think of anything else - I do wish birds would all look exactly the same, it makes ID a real beggar to do![]()
