A gamekeeper walked free from court today after being convicted of killing buzzards and ravens on an estate in Herefordshire. RSPB investigations officers collected the video evidence which helped convict Ben Walker of laying poisoned baits at the Sufton Estate in October and November 2009 resulting in the deaths of two buzzards and five ravens - both protected species. He pleaded guilty and was fined £1,000.
