    Nikon D300,nikon 70-200 +1.7 converter. Nikon 105 mm Macro with VR Sigma 300 with X2 converter Nikon P5000 with fieldscope and Binos Nikon D7000 Nikon 17-55 mm F2.8

    Default Cant Identify these.

    They are not the same as picturesin my book.

    Well they look like Common Redpolls Joe, although they'd be more likely to be Lesser Redpolls.

    Thanks Rolf, I thought they might be redpolls but the forehead appeared to be yellow/orange. I posted a pic of a redpoll and the forehead was definitely red.
    I'll have to look for a book with the lesser redpoll in it.
