Olympus Evolt E520, and borrowed lenses and flash. Fuji Finepix S7000 for Macro A chair :)

    Default My first studio shoot.

I use the term 'studio' very lightly - it is my spare bedroom and is only just long enough to be able to frame a whole person.... but only if I get my back to the wall - no tripod as it cuts down the distance too much! This is a selection of shots of Katrina (not all - we spent a couple of hours shooting), who seemed very suited to old-style photos, so I did a lot of photoshop-faff.

You've all done very well, as young Mr Grace would have said.

A really striking series of shots, like the effects and Katrina is very photogenic, which you've nicely brought out.

Thanks all, they came out better than I expected - but not as good as I would like.... which gives me something to aim for :-)
