    Hi all,

My name is Kevin and i'm an alcoholic...er' sorry wrong forum!

I have been a keen wildlife watcher come tracker for 30 years.

My main interest is mammal watching but I am also a keen birdwatcher.

Some of you may have met me in my former life as a countryside ranger way back in the 90's when I gave a lot of public talks and led quite a few walks in the Berkshire area.

Now I am stuck working in an office in Reading all week, thankfully I still get out and about with my labrador, Jasper, most weekends and evenings watching deer, foxes and badgers.

    Kevin.

Welcome Kevin, nice to have you on-board.

Must've been a shock to the system going from ranger to office bound, look forward to your input.

    Thanks for the welcome.

The transition from ranger to office worker was a slow process so not to much of a shock to the system.

LOL - another nutter for the forum
Welcome, to you and of course to Jasper - I'm sure that he provides you with lots of stories that you can tell us
Since you have to walk Jasper, maybe you know the answer to a question that another member has raised ( http://www.thamesvalleybirds.co.uk/m...py-fields.html )- she wants a Poppy field that is not too far from Wokingham? (you have to work if you want to join this forum )
