    Lol I know what you meant by afraid I was just joking.
    It is a plastic cable clip.
    Here it is .This is my up lighter shaft but it doesn't have an out side flex /cable but some do and other things similar that are cylindrical. and the flex/cable fits either side where th gaps are then you squeeze the Sort of like finger and thumb looking parts together. I'm sure you know what I'm trying to say
