The equipment I use is a Canon 30D with Sigma 50-500mm lens. I also have a garden hide from which I take most of my pictures.

    Default Just typical!

Last year about Setember or October a Black Cap visited my garden and luckily I managed to get a pic of it, not a very good one but the only one I had. I had never seen one before until then and I never saw it again ................ until today I sat down on the bench and looked out and there was a Black Cap on a branch. I had not set up my camera and by the time I had done it had flown...........but it came back about 20 minutes later and perched on a branch still no pic, but I am hoping it will come back at least for the next couple of mornings
