    Default Thames Valley

    Hi all,

I am a keen, not necessarily very good birdwatcher. I work full time, and with other commitments I don't get out as much as I would like.

I was wondering what area 'Thames Valley' covers. The stream outside my garden flows into the Thames, which makes me 'Thames' area, but I would not call it Thames Valley. I visit Theale, Farmoor, and Cotswold Water Park amongst other places.

Should photos be limited to those taken in Thames Valley? Are posts generally related to Thames Valley?

    Regards

    Gareth

Hi Gareth, welcome to the forum.

Although the original intention of the forum was to solely concentrate on the Thames Valley, it has grown and our members live far and wide, we now invite posts and photos from the entire UK and sometimes further afield .

Please include me in the welcomes Gareth. As previously said......a nice friendly bunch of people. I'm from the frozen North but where you're from is irrelevant on here. Enjoy it.
