    Default Red Kite & Corvus in flight/fight

    Not brilliant shots, but it's a bit of a ding-dong between a Red Kite and a Corvus (I assume a crow).
    Although I describe it as a ding-dong it didn't appear that vicious, in fact for a while I wondered if it was a pair of kites having a play about with the smaller one just being more distant - until I really looked at the shapes. I was lucky because although they live around here they don't normally hang in the air where I can take photos. All I need now is a longer lens


    EDIT: I didn't make it clear - this is a montage of the activity.. if there had been this many it really WOULD have been a sight!

    The equipment I use is a Canon 30D with Sigma 50-500mm lens. I also have a garden hide from which I take most of my pictures.
